What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Delta Classic Chastain website.  Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media.  If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only.  Customers that purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster online or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event.  Customers that purchased their tickets through a Ticketmaster outlet must return to the outlet where they originally purchased their tickets for a refund.  Customers who purchased their tickets through the Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund.  If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date.  In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
